Baking with pumpkin is my favorite way to use it! Savory wise, I air-fry kabocha squash, a Japanese pumpkin, and dip it in ketchup or hummus. It’s the perfect snack or meal depending on how much I have! However, pastries can never do you wrong. Pancakes, waffles, muffins, bread, cake, cupcakes, pie, the possibilities are endless!
