18+ No Bake Paleo Desserts to Make this Summer

Posted:6/17/22
Updated:6/17/22

Summer is hot! Sometimes it’s just not worth turning on the oven in the hot hot heat, but we still need that dessert fix. We’ve got over 18 of the best paleo no bake dessert recipes to make so you can still enjoy a delicious healthy treat this summer.

Summer is basically here and we’ve had a mix of both really hot days with moderate temperatures. I love it. I hope the weather pattern continues!

When I was growing up I remember my parents giving me a hard time turning the oven on in the summertime. We didn’t have air conditioning so anything to keep the house as cool as possible was what we did. Which meant no baking.

Fast forward 15 years later and I live in my own house with air conditioning and I make the rules. But even though I still turn the oven on to bake in the summer (I just have to some days! Hello, it’s my job.) I still have the notion that summertime = no ovens. So I’m always looking for healthy treats to make that don’t require the oven or much effort.

Enter: no-bake paleo desserts.

Paleo desserts are some of my favorite things to make because they’re often filled with nutrient-dense ingredients and they don’t make you feel like garbage after eating them. Of course, balance and moderation with all things. But I love when you can make paleo desserts healthy and your friends and family have no idea that what they’re eating is actually fairly good for them.

So put these easy paleo desserts on your list this summer, mmmmk??

Super quick to make. Absolutely delicious and I made one tray with a thin layer of nut butter before the chocolate. I can’t keep them in the house. Tuck them deep in the freezer!!
