I’m a big believer in adding more plants into your diet. Now, I’m not vegan (or even vegetarian) but I do eat loads of plant based meals and incorporate them into our weekly menu. Don’t tell Mr. FMK this but the older I get the more I love plant based and vegetarian meals.
Sometimes I go in waves of eating a heavily plant based diet and incorporating only a few meat dishes here and there. If you keep an open mind, I think some vegan dinners and vegetarian dishes may surprise you.
