Kicking off 2018 with some Healthy Slow Cooker Meals you must make this winter!
Happy 2018 my peeps! We had a last-minute gathering of friends last night – started out with just four of of which then turned into eight of us. I was at the grocery store when Drew informed me so I proceeded to grab two bottles of champagne – and then we didn’t even pop one open! Some partiers we are. We did all make it to midnight but come 12:30am it was bedtime. Ain’t no shame in my party game.
Anyways! It’s time to get into 2018 with some slow cooker recipes. I for one don’t use my slow cooker nearly enough – I really want to make more use of it this year and get back into meal prep mode.
Meal prep isn’t just for “busy moms” or families or whatever. Anyone can benefit from more meal prep. I know even I’ve found myself stuck with “What’s for dinner?” and end up making eggs or oatmeal. Poor Mr. FMK, I know. But just by having a little bit of a plan you can have more healthy, nutritious meals for everyone. And slow cooker recipes are a great way to get back into the habit of planning our your weekly meals.
I’ve gathered loads of recipes from some awesome bloggers – vegan, gluten-free, paleo, breakfast, Whole30 and more.
Cheers to more slow cooker recipes and less frigid weather! Well, we can only hope 🙂
