18 Healthy Slow Cooker Recipes for Winter

These 18 healthy slow cooker recipes are perfect to help meal prep easy meals this winter! There are delicious recipes for breakfast, soup, and dinner options. There are lots of dietary options too – vegan, gluten-free, paleo, breakfast, Whole30, and more.

Once the weather gets cold and the days get grey, it’s always a great time to pull out some slow cooker recipes. It’s easy to feel uninspired and get stuck in a rut with your meals.

I, for one, don’t use my slow cooker nearly enough – I really want to make more use of it this year and get back into meal prep mode. Meal prep isn’t just for “busy moms” or families or whatever. Anyone can benefit from more meal prep.

There are times I’ve found myself stuck with “What’s for dinner?” and end up making eggs or oatmeal. Poor Mr. FMK, I know. But just by having a little bit of a plan, you can have more healthy, nutritious meals for everyone. And slow cooker recipes are a great way to get back into the habit of planning out your weekly meals.
