How to Make this Simple Dip
This feta dip is loaded with flavor and texture and SO freaking good. And for those of you that are like “Ew, feta…” (don’t worry, I know there are some of you out there) you can simply just leave it out, which also makes this dip vegan-friendly.

TIP: Make sure your avocados aren’t too soft so they hold their texture better.

- In a medium bowl combine diced avocado, feta, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley or cilantro, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt.
- Gently fold together ingredients with large spoon until combined. Be careful not to mash avocado.
- Transfer avocado feta dip to serving bowl with dipping vehicle of your choice!

More Ways to Enjoy

YUM! Made this for game day, definitely better than a cheese dip health wise. Reminds me of a guacamole. My husband enjoyed it, just wouldn’t recommend using Triscuits with it, just fyi.

Thanks for sharing, Jess! Appreciate your feedback. And I agree about the Triscuits 😉 I myself prefer pita chips, tortilla chips, or even a seed cracker (i.e. Crunchmaster or Simple Mills)

I made this for a girls’ game night and served it on a salad for myself before the party started. It was excellent both as a salad topper and as a dip! I added 1/2 lime. So delicious!
