I love the idea of adding feta with some avocados! I would definitely be eating this entire bowl in one sitting and not sharing.
Ashley says
Oh my gosh it is QUITE addicting.

I could imagine that this is almost better than guacamole with all the flavors. It’s so colorful. Our family loves avocado based dips.
Ashley says
It is DEFINITELY right up there with guac for me 😉

This looks awesome, but I think I missed something. In the What You Need section, it lists cooked quinoa.
Is that part of the recipe?
Ashley says
Hi Mary! Thanks so much for your comment. The “cooked quinoa” was a typo! I was working on another recipe at the same time for later this week, which happens to have quinoa in it 😉 Thanks for letting me know! The recipe as written at the bottom of the post is correct 🙂 Let me know if you make it!
MARY BROWNLOW says
Thank you for clarifying, Ashley. Looks like I’ll need to check out that other recipe, too!
Lots of deliciousness 🙂

Aimee says
Sounds Yummy! I would love to top chicken or skirt steak with this! Have you used it that way? How long does it keep?
BB says
How much and what type of vinegar? It’s in the list of ingredients but I didn’t actually see it in the recipe. Thanks.
Ashley says
Hi there! So sorry about that – it is just 1 tablespoon of vinegar. I used apple cider vinegar because that is what I always have on hand, but you can use a white if you prefer 🙂 I updated the recipe – thank you for your comment!
BB says
Thanks. I used red wine vinegar and it was a hit at the party. Thanks for the recipe!
Ashley says
Awesome! Thanks so much for letting me know 🙂

This was a small distraction in the first quarter of the Superbowl. After that, it was long gone. I still don’t see adding the vinegar in the instructions, but I gathered from previous comments that I could do so! Delish!
Ashley says
Ah so glad you liked it! And sorry for the confusion with the vinegar – will fix!
AJ says

I learned this recipe from my bosses wife about 10 years ago. I was googling to make sure I didn’t miss any ingredients when I stumbled across your recipe. Its the exact same (I use red wine vinegar and serve with tortilla chips) as the recipe I was given all those years ago 🙂 and I agree, its completly addicting!
Ashley says
Amazing Jamie! So glad you found it again 🙂
