11 Savory Whole30 Breakfast Recipes you most definitely need in your life. Whether you’re Paleo, Whole30 or just looking to change up your breakfast routine with a variety of real food, add these recipes to your meal plan.
Breakfast is easily my favorite meal of the day. I often eat “breakfast foods” for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. However before the Whole30 my breakfasts would typically be either a yogurt bowl, a smoothie, or an egg scramble combo. Occasionally a bowl of oatmeal. Only a couple days into starting my first Whole30, I realized how much I relied on sweet breakfast combos. I mean I LOVE my avocado/egg sandwich combo… but if I was being honest with myself, more often than not I would fall back on sweet breakfast combinations.
So with this realization that maybe I do have a sweet tooth problem… I wanted to take some time and share some Whole30 breakfast recipes with you, in case you’re looking to change up your breakfast routine. For me, I do find some comfort in eating most of the same foods over and over again. Yet during the Whole30 if I found myself eating the same thing it was more of a chance I would get tired of it quicker, and then be annoyed with my options for what to eat during the next meal… does that make sense?

Shakshuka is amaaaazing. I made a meaty version, but I love that PaleOMG made an egg-free version – so creative! I definitely think that one Whole30 thing that will extend into my non-Whole30 life is more frequent savory breakfasts! I still need to try all of these, obviously 😀
