• Chop Veggies - Washing and chopping once a week takes will save you time.
• Roast Veggies - Roast some sweet potatoes, peppers, or other favorite veggies ahead to have ready to through into your favorite power bowl recipe.
• Cook Grains - Cooking quinoa, rice, etc. ahead of time will make throwing together a simple. It can be added to a salad or mixed with roasted veggies.
• Storage Containers - Having the right reusable containers makes meal prep so much simpler. My favorites are silicone Stasher bags and meal prep containers.
