Delicious and flavorful Pineapple Turkey Tacos, ready in 20 minutes for an easy weeknight meal. Add your favorite toppings, make into a taco salad if you wish! Gluten free and paleo friendly.

Pineapple Turkey Tacos
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ medium yellow onion chopped
- ½ tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 pound ground turkey 97% lean
- 1 tablespoon homemade taco seasoning
- ⅔ cup diced pineapple
- ½ cup favorite jarred salsa
- favorite taco shells
For Serving
- sliced red cabbage
- diced red bell pepper
- shredded lettuce
- sliced avocado
- fresh cilantro
- lime juice
Add oil to large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Add ground turkey and taco seasoning, cooking until almost brown then add pineapple and salsa, simmer until meat is done.
Make tacos with desired toppings. I like a little red cabbage, diced bell pepper, fresh pineapple, avocado slices, cilantro and some fresh lime.
