Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk to use for thinning as desired

Instructions

  • Blend: Place everything in a medium bowl and whisk together until smooth. Or add ingredients to a deep enough cup and use an immersion blender, as shown above.
  • Taste test for more salt, and add more milk if you'd like a thinner consistency.

Notes

STORAGE - store in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Once refrigerated, the dressing will become a little thicker, so add milk or water to thin as desired.
