Homemade chai spices come together for a DIY blend, with just six ingredients! The flavor is so warm and cozy for the cooler months of the year. It can be added to anything from breakfast, snacks, desserts, and lattes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 ½ teaspoons cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon all spice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to small bowl, stir well to combine and transfer to container.
  • Store in cupboard for future recipes. 

Notes

STORAGE - store in a cool, dark place (with your other spices) for 6 months - 1 year.
