This Vegan Green Goddess Dressing is so simple to make and packed with nutrients! You just need some fresh herbs, spinach, lemon, hemp hearts and some other pantry staples for a delicious nut free and healthy homemade dressing recipe.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • ½ cup loosely packed spinach
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt or to taste
  • 4-6 tablespoons water to thin

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to small blender cup. Start with 4 tablespoons of water; blend until smooth.
  • Taste test dressing before adding more salt or maple syrup, and more water for desired consistency.
  • Enjoy on your favorite salad, as a veggie dip, or even stir in with some pasta!

Notes

STORAGE - store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Dressing will thicken once refrigerated. Add some milk or water to thin as desired.
