Ingredients

  • 64 pretzel sticks enough for 8 spider webs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
  • Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Arrange spider webs using 8 pretzels for each spider web. I did 4 spider webs per baking sheet. Set aside while you melt chocolate.
  • Melt chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, stirring frequently until completely melted and smooth. Option to add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil here if you find your chocolate is super thick. Transfer chocolate to piping bag and cut small tip off end. (Or plastic baggie with tip cut off.)
  • Assemble: Staring with the center of the pretzels, add melted chocolate over center – this is what will help hold the pretzels together, so make sure you add a good amount here. Then go around the pretzel sticks in a circle multiple times, creating the spider web. Make sure to go over enough times so the chocolate holds.
  • Add sprinkles if desired, while chocolate is still warm.
  • Store in fridge to set, about 10 minutes.

Notes

STORAGE: leftover chocolate spiderweb pretzels can be stored in an airtight container or individual plastic bags for 3-4 days.
