Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can chickpeas
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • cup cashew butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

For Dipping

  • apple slices
  • crunchy cookies
  • pretzels
  • graham crackers
  • strawberries
  • chocolate

Instructions
