Make this easy Peach Smoothie recipe using just 5 ingredients. Perfect for peach lovers, easy to customize, great for busy mornings or a refreshing afternoon snack.

- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts optional
- ¾ cup milk of choice
Add everything to a blender, blend until smooth. Taste test for desired consistency. If you're looking for a thicker smoothie (almost smoothie bowl consistency) start with half cup of milk and use a frozen banana as well. If you want a thinner smoothie, increase liquid to 1 full cup and taste test.
FRUIT OPTIONS: I like the flavor and sweetness mango adds to this smoothie, but you could easily sub in more peaches, or strawberries would be another good option. You want about 1.5 cups frozen fruit to 1 medium banana. If using a frozen banana, increase the milk to 1 full cup to start.
LIQUID OPTIONS: Using milk will give this smoothie a creamy texture, whereas orange juice or coconut water a more juice-like consistency. Choose your favorite.
