4Medjool datespitted (or sub 1 tablespoon maple syrup)
5largefresh mint leaves
1tablespooncacao nibsor sub mini chocolate chips
1cupcashew milkor milk of choice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth; add more milk depending on desired thickness. Enjoy!
Notes
Add matcha powder for an extra antioxidant boost along with some caffeine.If using peppermint extract, start with 1/8 teaspoon. If you use too much, you'll get a toothpaste like taste.
