This flaxseed egg recipe shows you how to make your own vegan egg replacement, perfect for vegan baking and cooking.

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the flaxseed with water. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5-10 minutes, or until a gel consistency is reached.
Add to recipe as instructed. i.e. if you are replacing an egg in the recipe, add in place of the egg.
