This Pineapple Spinach Smoothie is a delicious way to get in some greens, fibrous fruit, and can be adapted a variety of ways to suit your taste buds and dietary preferences. And no, you can’t taste the spinach!

What You Need

For this Pineapple Spinach Smoothie you need pineapple, mango, banana, spinach, mint, yogurt, milk of choice, and honey.

Add all ingredients to blender, placing frozen fruit on bottom, then adding the rest of your ingredients.

Step One

Blend until smooth. Start with 2/3 cup milk for medium thickness smoothie.

Step Two

Check the smoothie for consistency, adding more milk if you’d like a thinner smoothie drink.

ADD INS

Feel free to add in your favorite protein powder, maybe some oats(about 1/3 cup per serving), and even some hemp hearts for some healthy fats.

ADDING SPINACH

I love adding spinach to smoothies. One big handful of spinach per serving (about 1 cup) is a good amount to use for this recipe.

STORAGE

I love adding some granola for extra crunch, hemp hearts, and nut butter butter toppings. Choose your own adventure!
