Combine. In a large bowl combine pecans with maple syrup and sprinkle on sea salt. Make sure to stir well so the pecans are coated.
Add to baking sheet. Transfer the maple-coated pecans to a lined medium baking sheet in one even layer.
Bake. Bake the pecans at 350ºF for 6 minutes, then take out to stir the pecans (getting back into an even layer), and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
Cool. Cool the pecans on the baking sheet completely. As the nuts cool, they’ll get crunchy.
