Mix ingredients. Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Add about 1 tablespoon of water at a time until mixture is sticky and everything comes together.

Form bars. Transfer to lined 8×8 pan or roll into balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freezer for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

Slice bars. Use large sharp knife and cutting board, cutting bars into 12 or 16 squares.

Once you have your base protein bar recipe, it’s fun to change it up and create your own customize flavors!
