Make Egg Shapes. Mix peanut butter filling, scoop into dough, shape into eggs and freeze for 15 minutes.

Dip in Chocolate. Dip the frozen eggs into bowl of melted chocolate and place back on the lined baking sheet.

Chill. Wait for the chocolate to set in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes. This shouldn’t take too long since the peanut butter eggs were already frozen when dipping.

It is best to store these peanut butter eggs in an airtight container in the fridge. To freeze, place in container, label and enjoy within 3-4 months for best flavor.
