This paleo chocolate bread is definitely going to be your new favorite! No coconut, or bananas here. A super simple recipe that is perfect for the paleo chocolate lovers.

What You Need

For this healthy chocolate bread you need almond flour, cocoa powder, tapioca flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, oil, milk, maple syrup and chocolate chips.

Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. For the wet ingredients first mix together the maple syrup and oil, then whisk in the three eggs.

Step One

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stir in milk while combining everything then fold in the chocolate chips.

Step Two

Transfer the batter to a lined 8×4 loaf pan. Bake for about 20 minutes uncovered, then add foil to top and bake for another 15-25 minutes.

Step Three

Allow bread to cool in pan for 15 minutes before lifting from the parchment paper to remove bread. Slice and enjoy!

STORAGE

Place a paper towel on the bottom of an airtight container to absorb moisture. Store in a cool, dry place for 3 days.

FREEZING

Wrap load in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil, and place in an airtight container to freeze for up to 3 months.

This bread is moist, almost cake-like in texture, grain free, gluten free and dairy free.
