Prepare cake batter. In a medium bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add in eggs, yogurt and vanilla. Beat until combined.
Add half of the dry ingredients and stir. Then add the remaining dry ingredients and milk and mix unil combined.
Assemble the cake. Add 2/3 of the batter into a lined spring form pan. Add the mixed berries on top.
Top with the cream cheese layer and spread in an even layer..
Add the remaining batter and press in the crumb topping.
Bake for 40 minutes uncovered and then cover and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes.
