Strawberry Chia Seed Protein Pudding [ with Collagen Peptides ]

  • 2/3 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1/4 cup favorite yogurt* (regular, greek, dairy-free)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries


  1. In a 16oz jar, combine milk and peptides first until peptides dissolve**. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover with lid and shake until well combined. Stir together one more time and top with more strawberries if you wish, before placing lid back on and storing in fridge. Allow mixture to thicken at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Recipes Notes:

*I used a lightly sweetened vanilla skyr yogurt. If using unsweetened yogurt and/or milk, you may want to add a hint of sweetener like maple syrup, honey, or stevia.
**Make sure peptides and milk are combined first before adding the rest of the ingredients to ensure there are no clumps.

Store leftovers in fridge and use within 1-3 days.
