A delicious Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie – packed with berries, fiber, and you can even throw in some greens if you’d like. Vegan, paleo friendly healthy smoothie recipe.


Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2/3 cup frozen sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups2 cups non-dairy milk or milk of choice (depending on desired thickness)

optional add-ins:

  • handful spinach
  • 1/2 cup quick oats or rolled oats
  • favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts, chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 serving collagen peptides powder


  1. Add all ingredients to blender (including any add-ins), and start with about 1.5 cups liquid. Blend on high until smooth, adding more liquid as needed for desired thickness.
  2. You may find you need a little more liquid, depending on if you added any additional ingredients.


Cut recipe in half for 1 serving
