This Vegan Green Goddess Dressing is so simple to make and packed with nutrients! You just need some fresh herbs, spinach, lemon, hemp hearts and some other pantry staples for a delicious nut free and healthy homemade dressing recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • ½ cup loosely packed spinach
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (a small handful)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon tahini 
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
  • 46 tablespoons water, to thin

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to small blender cup. Start with 4 tablespoons of water; blend until smooth.
  2. Taste test dressing before adding more salt or maple syrup, and more water for desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy on your favorite salad, as a veggie dip, or even stir in with some pasta!

Notes

Dressing will thicken once refrigerated. Add some milk or water to thin as desired.
