Hey friends, happy Tuesday to you! How was everyone’s Monday? I took a little blog break yesterday so I could catch up some other things. i.e. the dishes that I didn’t quite get around to packing over the weekend. I’m getting there… kind of. Actually I’m too excited for what I made for the blog coming next week that I may or may not be spending my time editing photos instead of packing. OOPS.
Anyways, did you enjoy Erin’s popcorn recipe last week?! It is going on the top of my list of things to make when we get settled back in Michigan. Why wait? Well for one, I don’t have coconut cream at the moment (for the salted caramel) and I’m trying to clean out my pantry a tiny bit and use up things in my fridge, not add-to. Other than making a few more recipes for the blog that I can have for snacks and meals the next couple weeks, of course. 😉 But mainly I just want to share it with Drew/would have little self control with caramel popcorn by myself! Anyone else… anyone?
